★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلو لي الابواب من 6 ايام ولحد الان ماعطوني موعد التركيب ولا يردون وجوال المعرض فرع الامام مقفل اغلب الوقت رد مره قال بشوف اك موعد واختفى ادق مقفل ،، اخذو فلوسهم كامله اقعدي طاردي وراهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مشكلتهم في مواعيد التركيب يذلونك ولا يعطونك تاريخ مضبوط وعذرهم دايم انه العقد ثلاث شهور وياخذ فلوسه كامله قبل التركيب وهذي مشكله كبيره يجب الانتباه لها
Their problem is in the dates of installation, they humiliate you and do not give you an exact date. Their excuse is that the contract is three months, and they take full money before installation, and this is a big problem that you must pay attention to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ شركة تعاملت معها وصلو الأبواب من مدة اسبوعين والئ الان ماركبوها و بيتي من غير أبواب حتئ الحمامات ماعليها أبواب خلونا نشيل ابواب القديمة وورطونا ماركبوها الجديدة.
الأبواب الفريدة أسوأ شركة مرت علي. ولو فيه تقييم صفر كان حطيته.

تم تركيبها لدي منذ ٤ اشهر ولم تتأثر وخصوصا في دورات المياه
العماله لديهم محترفه جدا

It was installed for me 4 months ago and it did not affect, especially in the bathrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الجودة لا اعلم عنها شيء حتى الان ... لكن اللي اعرفه انهم يمتلكون نظام عقيم وبدائي في المواعيد .. لو تأجل يوم واحد ... يأخرونك على الاقل شهر ... وراح يتواضعون ويردون عليك مع بداية الشهر التالي... يعني تقعد طول الشهر وانت على اعصابك حتى يتكرمون ويعطونك موعد ... خدمة عملاء سيئة.
تخيل خدمة عملاء تتصل عليهم وقت الدوام ويعطيك انه مغلق ?
Quality, I don't know anything about it yet... But what I know is that they have a sterile and primitive system in scheduling... If you delay one day... They delay you at least a month... And they will be humble and respond to you at the beginning of the next month... I mean, you will sit for a long time. The month and you are on your nerves until they kindly give you an appointment... Bad customer service.
Imagine a customer service you call them at work time and tell you that it is closed ?
