ركبت سبعة ابواب امريكيه من ثلاث سنوات ومن اول 6 شهور وهي عطلانه كلها وسيئه الجودة والصيانة سيئة جدا جدا جدا وكلمت الاداره بالرياض ولا فايده منهم
واكثر من 5 مرات اقدم عليهم بوزارة التجاره ولا فايده
والان مضطر اغيرها بجديده من شركة ثانيه
بس نصيحة اخ مجرب عند البراك ابتعدو منه
ابوابهم سيئه جدا ومكاينهم تخرب مع المويه
والله الان حنا ندخل سياراتنا يدوي ونطلعها فتح يدوي
ثلاث سنوات معاناه واكثر
انا بنجران والاخ اشرف بنجران لم يحل مشاكلي ابد
وهو عارفني زين
اتمني الاداره تتواصل معي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو اقدر اقيم خدمة صيانتهم بعطيهم صفر. لي فوق الشهر الشتر حقي خربان واكلم محد يرد وارسلت ايميل وزرت الفرع بلا تجاوب! لما اشتكيت وزارة التجارة ردوا بعد كم ساعة وقالوا بيجيكم الفني بكرا، من بكرا اتصلوا علي قالوا الفني جاه كورونا استنوا ١٠ ايام!!!!! ايش العباطة هذي ما فيه الا فني واحد؟؟؟؟ لما خلصت العشر ايام وردوا وحددنا موعد وانتظرنا ٤ ايام يوم جاء يوم التصليح قالوا معليش العمال جاهم حادث بالطريق! استغفال للعميل شاطرين بالمبيعات وسيئين وبلا ذمة لخدمات ما بعد البيع. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل. وزارة التجارة وراكم وراح يتم تغريمكم بإذن الله
