★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place, with variety of party stuff, what a wonderful job by the owner of this place.
The only downside that I have faced is:
1) The gift-wrapping section. It was very very slow (only one employee was there), price were high, and the wrapping does not match the quality of the price point. Staff need to be trained well.
2) The baloons, after getting back home, 50% of the air went out, so frustrating.
I will still visit this shop again, but these things has to be addressed for improvements, overall I like the place but not the staff from cashier and gift-wrapping section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Takhassusi branch few days ago and found what I was looking for with the help of the staff there (they were very nice, professional and RESPECTFUL). One day later, I went to the Rabi branch because it was closer to me, and I expected the same from this branch. Unfortunately, I had the worst service I've ever had, the employee working in the balloon section doesn’t know how to treat customers!! I kept myself calm because I was running out of time and I couldn't go anywhere else, but I’m for sure not going back to this branch!
I think this happened because I brought my balloon that I ordered online since it was hard to find in most stores (it was not available in Shoparty store either!) Instead of buying the one he offered as “Better” quality!!! I wasn’t satisfied with the service nor the results.
