★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azizah is the best Morocan bath specialist here, so professional and welcoming. I’ve tried their nail service and massage there fine too. I highly recommend the place ??

Hair stylist: I had to wait 50 minutes to get my color.
When she dried my hair it was still wet, she said it’s ready. Not even proper drying.
I could feel they don’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So basically I went there to get my 90 minutes full massage trait that was gifted to me by a friend. I arranged with them thru the phone for an appointment mentioning it is a gift, so I went on time, rang the center’s door and took a while before someone opened the door. I got in and the lady on the reception said I have to pay sr. 430 for the service ! I told her its a gift and prepaid! Then she asked to see the gift card and when I opened the whatsapp and showed her from afar she didn’t even take a closer look lol didn’t read the information and let me in. She asked me to wait in the waiting area and never came back! I had to wait for 15 minutes until I saw another lady and asked her if I’m going to wait longer.. she immediately went and actually called the lady who’s supposed to provide the service.. The 90 minutes were not yet finished yet she told me she’s done lol about (70 minutes only) tbh I’m glad she didn’t complete the 90 minutes coz I woke up with a neck pain the next morning! What a first impression, never again.

Super finicky about the service I get ) she was amazing . An hour passed in a jiffy . I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for quality service . Would surely be coming back . Lovely meeting the manager / head Jennifer :)
Everything about this place screams CLASS .

I’ve visited this spa for two times and it was recommended by a friend. unfortunately, first time was not great i booked for the hot stone massage then suddenly i got a regular session.. its ok it maybe was a mistake! But they didn’t offer any service to compromise this mistake i only got the difference i have paid… the second horrible experience was today I’ve booked at 8p.m. And got there with my daughter 9yrs to do our nails together… surprisingly, the receptionist we are fully booked today we cannot serve your daughter too ! Though i was called to my appointment late by 10 min ,, the room was full of staff with nothing to do but doing their own nails!! Though she said “ WE ARE FULLY BOOKED” please save your money and go relax in another spa that respects their customers.. another tip to whom ever responsible about this place ,, consider adding a room for hair because its too noisy in the nails room .. special thanks to the lady who did my nails Ms. cheeky ,, other than that im not coming back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried two service here nails and massage, the nail care was not professional at all and I didn't feel relaxed as she kept grabbing my left hand towards her position in the right instead of her moving to the other side and she had a poor attitude. While the massage was really good professionally and so friendly. Will come back again for the spa but definitely not for the nails.

pros: massage service is super good and the atmosphere is relaxing along with the suitable prices. I like how they respect clients chosen time.
Cons: the massage rooms hallway is disturbed with loud noise. and I’ve noticed they have replaced towels with one time use which I didn’t quite liked.
