★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to buy spare parts then it is good but if you're going for service and handover the car to them then maybe you're in trouble. They're not reliable at all. One of my car damaged due to not changed its gear oil. And every 40k i told them to replace it, at 130k i found gear damage because of not replacing gear box. Do all your service infront of you. Some cheaters are sitting inside .
Infact, i went for 2nd time with my new car and i told them to replace gear oil and they did not.

They charge for parts they haven't installed.
Never let them change anything before you know exactly how much it's going to cost or your approval ahead.
Check closely everything that has been changed and match with the items listed in the invoice before formally receiving your car.
Last thing, go to other certified shops instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the parts staff was not helpful at all , specially counter parts saleman with zero knowledge of parts and cars , they need VIN even if we provide the part number or else they dont know the SS numbers or replaced numbers of parts , very unprofessional way of serving customers
