انتظرنت فتره والموظف مشغول والموظف الاخر يسولف خارج مكتبه حتى تم تنبيهه من زميله ان يرجع
وعند عودته واستقباله لي كان يستعجل في عمله كانه لا يرغب في الخدمة واجابات مختصره رغم انه لا يحسب الوقت اثناء لذالك نجمه وقليل في حقكم
Honda have a problem with reception in general

طبعا سعر القطعة غالي ولا غرابه
ووصلت القطعة بسرعة
ولم يتم مساعدتي في استفساراتي حول القطعة
اتكنى تحسين الخدمة والاستقبال بشكل عام

I think it's normal in all honda models... their reception is weak.. staff are old age and rude and has bad attitude towards customers... Sometimes you won't find their staff here... You need to wait with Patience "S A B R"
