★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very very bad service- parts are not available for ford explorer ac compressor and this is dealer, imagine the nightmare when the customer service at branch tells you come tomorrow and another customer service will place order for parts from america which will take 2 months to reach jeddah.. terrible customer service. then the parts number when you call them they don't answer and no reply in WhatsApp either. parts manager just taking salary and not working. then the toll free number for jeddah, the ladies at customer service when you call them they ask for VIN number and without VIN number they will not serve you... boycott this trash service
