★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدماتهم وتعاملهم ممتاز جدا والموظفين هناك تعاملهم فوق الممتاز يستاهلو خمس نجوم لكن هناك ملاحظة على انه اذا طلبت قطعة او حبر او ماشابه لاتتم خدمتك بسرعة تجلس تنتظر حوالي ساعة حتى تتم طباعة الفاتورة لانها تحتاج موافقات كثيرة واميلات كثيرة حتى يسمح للموظف بطباعتها المفروض المسؤلين يعدلو هذا النظام وان مايتعطل العميل حوالي الساعة ينتظر طباعة فاتورته حتى يحصل على الحبر او القطع المطلوبة وهذا التأخير ليس بسبب موظفين الصالة بل بسبب من وضع هذا النظام والعميل يحتاج الى سرعة في انجاز طلبه مو ساعة حرام عليك ايها المسؤول ساعة كاملة واكثر علشان استلم فاتورة حبر في كل مرة
Their services and treatment are very excellent, and the staff there is above-excellent. They deserve five stars, but there is a note that if you ask for a piece or ink or the like, you are not served quickly, you sit waiting for about an hour until the invoice is printed because it needs many approvals and many emails so that the employee is allowed to print it. The officials are supposed to amend this system If the customer does not stop for about an hour, he waits for his bill to be printed until he gets the required ink or parts. This delay is not due to the hall staff, but because of those who set this system. The customer needs speed in completing his order. It is not an hour for you, the official, for a full hour and more to receive an ink bill every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Α small messy lab/storage/reception window that cannot repair anything (beside the name "Computer Repair Service") if there is no spare part available, which is acceptable for one stop-point. It is though unacceptable for TOSHIBA not to have a proper centre in the capital city to repair the minor flaws of their products with so big impact on the customer, namely the worst; I cannot use my laptop anymore. They turned me to any local technician to fix the loose charging inlet with the slightest chance to use my laptop again! My Satellite model is only 5 years old and it was the most expensive at that time, with a 3D supporting screen that never worked properly.
