★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Big mistake to buy any items warranted under Arab Computers. One Airpod does not work and they refused to fix it by simply saying there is no problem.
This is unfair and I will not be quiet because it is still under warranty.
UPDATE/JAN 2022: They finally agreed & replaced my left Earpod ?moving up to 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional , they dont respect people’s time .. i have an official appointment from the website at 13:30 and its already 14:25 and there is still 10 people a head of me .. the Catastrophe is workers just left between 14:00-14:15 going backside offices and when i asked the Door man (responsible of giving the queue ) he said they are eating lunch !!!!!

Becase i had a serious issue on my iphone 12 pro max its gota some dust inside the camera lence.. I n submitted my phone. They treat me very well.. After the one week i gota text from them.. They replace the whole phone.. And give me a new one.... ❤❤❤.. Thank you guys... For your support.... Exspecialy mr muhammed Alammar..... He helped me lot.... Thank you..... ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Indicated time between 9-6. Reach there by 5pm, Only to be informed that they closed the ticket issue by 5pm. Waited still again service guy mention of the Nakheel Mall service center which should be open till 11pm. Went to Nakheel Mall only to be informed that they closed this service center 2 years ago. BS. Having a single service center for a metro city like Riyadh is a joke, and that does not work for mention timing.
I visited again early in the morning got the ticket as well. But no employee still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management should update the working hours indicated here in google map because I have been waiting here for an hour still it’s closed and no business hours posted outside. I alse sent an email weeks ago to ask for their timing or working hours during Ramadan and Eid but no one cares to reply. I got no response.

-Now no more appointments required to visit. Usually needs to wait15-20 minutes.
Its better to go around noon time as not much people. Service is very quick if your device under warranty and if the replacement parts available for that they replace it very quickly. Mine got it in less than a day. All employees trying their best to serve better. I appreciate their effort explaining the faults and what are the solutions.
