واستلمتها خلال اقل من ٥ ايام مع العلم باني لست من سكان جدة وكان التواصل عن طريق الجوال

للاسف الموظف حافظ مش فاهم (ابراهيم حسانين)
صراحة ما انصح احد يتعامل معه

يفضل ما حد يعمل عازل حراري عندهم لان صراحة مو واضح ايش شركة العازل الموظف قالي شركة سولر فري وقلت له في فاتورة من نفس شركة العازل قالي طبعا عشان الضمان
الفاتورة من عندهم مو من شركة العازل يعني الضمان مافي ضمان لان الشي الوحيد اللي يضمن حق العميل الفاتورة
عن نفسي ما اعتقد اتعامل معاهم تاني ولا راح انصح احد يروح لهم
ملاحظاتي
الموظفين محتاجين تدريب على التعامل وشرح التفاصيل والادب
لان من احترام العميل ان الموظف يروح مع العميل يسلمه السيارة
