Lost my spare tire and they refused to replace even if the checklist shows there was tire when it came in. Car was dirty from top to bottom inside the vehicle and there is even a used cup of coffee when I got my car back. They didn't even bother to clean it. Car was stuck for over a month as they claimed there are no spare parts. Also when car came out they didn't fix the issue so had to go back several times and still didn't find solution.
They are only nice when they want to sell you a car but not when you need them to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse GM dealer in Saudi, if you are from a company or consulate you better buy from Al Jomaih, UMA is very slow they need a letter for everthing even for taking the your own car they need almost 2 days to prepare your car after you gave them the plate number in conclusion don't buy from UMA you'll get a better and faster service from Al Jomaih they have the similar car

Second hand cars are very reliable and strong cars. This place is the best Chevrolet and GMC dealer in the city. I suggest to lay a visit if you are planning on buying a car.
