★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت منهم عباءة بأربعمية ريال و بعد مدة خرب السحاب و جيتهم و قالو لي في البداية تعالي بعد خمسة أيام ثم قالت انتظري لين تجي المديرة يعني في الموضوع مماطلة قالت لي بنعدلها بعد أسبوع و تعذرت بمرض الموظف اللي يعدل و كان تعاملهم ردئ و غير محترمين فرع سلام مول الرياض حسبي الله عليهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من فرع غرناطة مول عبايه لبستها بس ثلاث مرات والله العظيم وتقطعت والله مو اهمال انقطعت بسبب سوء القماش وسوء الخياط ولما رحت لهم قلت ببدلها قالوا نصلحها وش تصلحون القماش متنتف مايتصلح قالوا تواصلي مع الادارة واللي ماسك او ماسكة واتساب الادارة شخص فااااشل ولا عنده اي خبرة شكلهم جايبينه ياخذون اجر فيه حتى الرد على رسايلي مايرد وصورت الفاتورة والعباية وكل شي ويشوفها ويفتحها ولايرد قلة احترام ماسبق شفت مثلها من كذا دايم محلاتكم فاضية ودايم مسوين عروض ، انا زبونتهم من سنوات وفواتيري منهم تتعدى الألف كل مره لكن وضعهم الفترة الأخيرة سيئ جدا وعرفت السبب سوء الادارة والا عباية ب٢٩٠ بتضركم تبدلونها وش بتخسرون !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف محل سيء يهتمون انهم يصرفون بضاعتهم واذا جيت ترجع يرفضون مومتبعين نظام الفاتوره وغير محترمين المعاملة سيئه لن اكرر الزياره ولا انصح بزيارتهم
