★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء فرع من ناحية الموظفين و مديرة الفرع المحل دائماً حوسه و مبعثر و الملابس وصخه ولا فيه احد يرتب وحالته حاله و الموظفين مستحيل تلقين احد يساعد ولا يعلمك ولا يلتفت لك واغلب الوقت مافي كاشير و البضاعه مختلفه عن باقي المحلات يعتبر هذا المحل تشويه لزارا مع الاسف لازم احد يوقف عليه و يشوف وش سالفته وسالفة موظفينه الغير متعاونين ولا عندهم اسلوب او يعطونهم دورات ويثقفونهم لان حتى اسلوبهم اعوذ بالله ابد مو واجهه لخدمة عملاء
 The worst branch in terms of employees and the manager of the branch. The store is always scattered, clothes and dirty, and there is no one to arrange it and its condition is the same. The employees are impossible to receive someone to help and not teach you or pay attention to you, and most of the time there is no cashier and the goods are different from the rest of the stores. Unfortunately, this shop is considered a distortion of Zara. Someone must stop him and see what he and his employees who are not cooperative and do not have a method, or give them courses and educate them, because even their method, I seek refuge in God, never confront him with customer service

٢ كاشير فقط واحد بقسم النساء والثاني بقسم الاطفال
في اكثر اوقات الستة ذروة العشر الاخيرة من رمضان
كاشير استرجاع وواحد مبتدي ياخذ كل عملية ترجيع اكثر من ١٠ دقايق
كل عملية ترجيع يستدعي المشرف ليسال
لو ماكنت برجع البضاعة ما انتظرت ولا دقيقة
لكن يبدو انها سياسية تصعيب استرجاع العميل لماله
حرفيا العملية استغرت وقوف ساعة كاملة باللاين بالاضافة الى سوء تعامل المشرفة شجون وعدم حسن التصرف

One return cashier and one newbie, each return process takes more than 10 minutes
Each rewind process calls the supervisor to ask
If I didn't return the goods, I wouldn't have waited not a minute
But it seems to be a policy that makes it difficult for the customer to get his money back
Literally the process took a full hour's parking online, in addition to the poor handling of the supervisor's anger and lack of good behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am here now in front the store from 4:00 and still its not open.. the problem is that today is my last day for return(because I made the purchase the day before Eid)!! And I can't wait all day for them to open !!! If Eid might affect open hours then don't let me return the item in Eid day !!!!!

I ought jaket online but the before 2 weeks and called customer services told me I can refund it to zara salam mall branch but the branch refused

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad organizing, rude workers, unfriendly cashers who try to kick us out of store. Baby store’s casher( only one) sends us to the main section cashers which are so crowded and only two open cashers with two long long long lines. It was a bad experience which I will never ever visit again. We are customers and we need some respect some help.
