★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء من تعاملت معه شغل أي كلام وعدم الرد ومحاولة المراوغة وتأخير عقود وفنين غير مهنين وعند طلب التركيب تجدهم يرسلون لك جوالات جميع من في المصنع لتتعرف عليهم وسوف يتم طرح اعمالهم للتعرف عليهم اكثر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحقيقة ان الشركة هذه لا تحترم عملاءها، انا اشتريت باب سحب كبير جدا، واثناء فترة الضمان لم يقدموا الصيانة نهائيا، علما اني تواصلت مع مدير الصيانة وصاحب الحلال، ولكنهم غير متعاونين نهائيا، وحاولت التواصل معهم ويقرؤون الواتس ولا يردون، تعامل سيء وغير مبرر وغير مفهوم السبب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم أجرب التعامل معهم ولكن لديهم واجهات سكريت ونوافذ دبل قلاس أجزاء منها صناعة إيطالية وبعضها محلية سعر الواجهات 800 ريال للمتر

للاسف سويت عندهم شبابيك المنيوم للبيت عندي
وكنت مهتم من ناحية العزل وعند العرض والعقد يقولون العزل ٩٠ فالمية عزل صوت وهواء
وللاسف انه اي كلام. اشوف الشارع من جوا
فالعقد يقولون ٧٥ يوم وصكوني ٣ اشهر مع اني انبه عليهم بفتره قبل انتهاء فترة ٧٥ يوم لاني شكيت في وضعهم.
عند التركيب جابوا لي زجاج الشباك غير اللي طلبت ورجعوه للمصنع عشان يغيرونه وغيروه وركبوه مقلوب يعني اللماع جوا واللون برا واضطروا العمال يفكونها فالبيت ويركبونها من جديد بطريقه غير مختصه.
ولا احكي لكم عند التواصل معهم والشكاوي خاصه اذا عرفوا ان فيه مشكله يبدأ سباق المارثون في انك تعرف المدير بس. يعطونك عشرين رقم وكل واحد يقول انا المدير.يضيعونك فالطوشه.
اتمنى من صاحب المصنع اذا يبغى الاستمرار انه يهتم فالعملاء اكثر من اهتمامه في زيادة عدد العقود
انا الان افكر اغير الشبابيك.
والله واحلف وانا صادق اني مسوي عند بنقال شبابيك المنيوم انها افضل من شغل هذي الشركة بكثير
وما يطولون عن شهر اذا فيه زحمه
انصح بعدم التعامل معهم فيما يخص الشبابيك
واما الواجهات والكلادنج ما اضلمهم ،ما جربتهم ولا راح اخذ من عندهم حتى لو كانو افضل مصنع فالمملكه لان التجربه الاولى سيئة بكل المعايير..
كانت هذي تجربتي واللي للاسف انها كلفتني من جيبي الكثير. وشكرا
