★ ★ ★ ★ ★ متجر متكامل لجميع مستلزمات المطابخ فرع خميس مشيط. معرض مدينة البناء. ووجدت لديهم مصداقية ورقي في التعامل ودقة في المواعيد وسرعة في الانجاز وجودة في العمل. من الإنصاف كما نحذر من السيء ان نشيد بالأفضل.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم بالنسبة للجودة كويسة لكن والله كرهوني بالتركيب مع اني معطيهم فلوسهم ثاني شي اغراض طلبتها ما جابوها لي واخترت اشياء ما سوها لي دافع 33 الف لو داري ناخذ الماني اصرف لي اللي يبي يفصل لازم يكتب اي شي بالعقد حتى التفاصيل الدقيقة لاني اخترت شي وتفاجائت وقت التركيب بشي ثاني
Peace be upon you. The quality is good, but I swear by God, they hated me for the installation, even though I gave them their money. The second thing is for the things I asked for, they did not bring me, and I chose things that they gave me. I paid 33 thousand. Install something else

والتركيب اخذ منا 3 اسابيع مابين تركيب وتعديل وتصليح اخطاء ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا المحل ، تعرضت للماطله وعدم الالتزام بمواعيد التركيب واستكمال تركيب الاجهزه ، تم تركيب شفاط مختلف عن النموذج الذي تم اختياره وتم الحاق الضرر بالرخام واتلافه ولم يتم تعويضي او حل المشكله علماً أن تكلفة الرخام مايقارب 7000 لايتم الرد على اتصالاتي او التجاوب معنا والضمانات المقدمه من المحل مجرد اجراء روتيني يزيدسعر التكلفه بدون وجود فائده للعميل ..
ابراء للذمه الصاج نوعيه ممتازه وعمال تركيب الصاج متعاونين ..
الجوده المقدمه لاتستحق التكلفه المدفوعه ، تنفيذ وتركيب الرخام يفتقر لأدنى مقاييس الاحتراف بكل بساطه وتهاون تم اتلاف الرخام وسيتم تغييره بالكامل على حسابي الشخصي ..
تم اكمال ثلاثة اشهر من تاريخ توقيع العقد وللآن لم يتم انصافي او حل مشكلتي في كل مره يتم اعطائي موعد للحضور وحل المشكله ولا يتم الحضور او التواصل معي ..
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل في الشخص المتسبب في هذا الخطأ وفي كل شخص كان بيده حل المشكله ولم يتجاوب معنا ..

على الي يحط تقيم ويمشي بدون ما يتعامل معهم لنه قام بخدع الناس في التقيم
ثاني شي العقد جاهز حقهم ما تقدر تضيف شروط عليهم
بس هم عادي شروطهم مطبوعة في العقد وجاهزه عليك ويأخذون فلوسهم كاملة قبل التركيب
المطابخ العالمية افضل سعر وسمعة
وبيني وبينهم قاضي السموات والارض
الضمان عندهم لمدة 15 سنة للأسف كلام على ورق فقط لسحب الزبون
تواصلت مع صاحب المحل وفهمته عندي عيوب في الرخام بسبب التركيب والضمان لمدة 15 سنة وكان رد صاحب المحل تبغاني ادفع من جيبي عشان اغير لك الرخام ماراح ادفع شي
