يركب الفلتر وبعدها ماعاد يجيك لو في اي مشكلة
لي فترة الموية ماتنزل و طعمها مو كويس و احاول فيهم لي شهور رافضين يتجاوبون

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غلطت و ركبت جهاز تحلية فيتنامي من عندهم، بعد تركيب الجهاز أول مرة لاحظنا تسريب في الانبوبة المشتركة في مجلى المطبخ. و الماء من حنفية التحلية تدفقها ضعيف. صبرنا قال المشكله موب من عندنا، بعد 3 أشهر اتصلوا يعرضوا على الصيانة الدورية بعد ما ركب الفلاتر الجديدة بنص ساعة تسريب ماء من نفس جهاز التحلية،
اتصلنا عليهم وعدوا بحل المشكلة و للآن لم تحل
اتصلت عليهم كذا مرة صاروا ما يردون

And the water from the desalination tap is weak. We were patient. He said the problem was from us. After 3 months, they called and offered regular maintenance, half an hour after he installed the new filters, water leaked from the same desalination device.
We called them and they promised to solve the problem, but it has not yet been resolved
I called them so many times and they didn't answer

I installed a filter at home and problems started same day. They came back 3 times till they fixed it. And in 2 days another problem happen.
Don't try them.
