It’s still impossible for vision 2030. Laziness is in Saudi blood. It will take century to change their character. Arrogant, lazy and empty brain. No common sense at all.

But actually they open at 9AM for through ATM transfer
And 9:30 AM for the counter teller.

Making me wait for 3 hours for updating my account and calling me the next day for updating my cif. They told me it would take 5 min as per the managers word there and they took 45 minutes. Unbelievable!
