k	k k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جدا ..والسبب طول الانتظار اقل خدمة استفسار ساعة ونص الى الساعتين .. والخدمات الاخرى الانتظار الى ٣ ساعات .. والسبب بطء الموظفين .. والذي يتضح من خلال المده ومقدار الانجاز حيث يكون الساعة لا يتعدى ٣ الى اربع عملاء .. والادهى والامر عند ذهابك لاداء الصلاة ترجع تجد الارقام تجاوزت ماتم انجازة خلال اليوم كامل . والذي كان بشكل متعمد من قبل الموظفين .. جهاز الخدمة الذاتية لتجديد البطاقات يعمل ولاكن لايتم العملية .. المرجو من ادارة البنك زيادة عدد الموظفين وتفعيل الرقابة الداخلية Very bad .. The reason is the length of waiting less service inquiry an hour and a text to two hours .. And other services wait to 3 hours .. The reason slow staff .. Which is evident by the duration and the amount of completion where the time does not exceed 3 to four customers .. Going to pray due to find the numbers exceeded what was done during the whole day. M	Mohamad TNT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بطء شديد في انجاز العملاء مع عدم وجود كثافه مراجعين ؟!! لكم ان تتخيلو ٣ موظفين وقبلي ٥ مراجعين ولي سَـاعة انتظر ؟!! Very slow completion of clients With no density of reviewers? !! You can imagine 3 employees And 5 reviewers accepted me I have an hour to wait? !!
و	وعد العساف on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ فرع استثمار وراح ارفع فيكم شكوى مو معقولة الموظفين قد ايش مايبون يشتغلون ورجل الامن استغلالي يقول ( عطونا ٥٠ و اسويها لكم ) !!!!!!!! وين عايشين والموظف يقول تغيرين رقم البطاقة السري روحي للرياض ؟ وش فايده هالفرع عموما انحاشو منهم The worst investment branch, and I will file a complaint with you. It is not reasonable for the employees to work, and the security man is exploitative and says (give us 50 and I will settle it for you)!!!!!!!! Where do you live and the employee says you changed the secret card number to Riyadh? What is the benefit of this branch in general?

A luxurious and distinguished branch, especially the employee "Talal Al-Otaibi" is a respectable and moral person, and he concluded our treatment quickly and was interested in the subject, may God give him wellness ?????

It only took me 10 minutes to go through everything, i-e waiting + withdrawing bank statement and activating the travel card. So, no complains on my part. Thank you for the good service SAIB staff.
