وفيه ٢ موظفين يخدمون ٢ عملاء
جلست اكثر من نصف ساعة ولا خلصوا الي عندهم ومشيت يبيلك يوم كامل عشان تجلس على الكرسي الى عند الموظف .
I went and it was empty but only me
It has 2 employees serving 2 clients
I sat for more than half an hour and they did not come to me, and I walked for a whole day to sit on the chair to the employee.

البنك هذا في خدمة العملاء للاسف سيء
جيت باحدث الهويه و طلبوا مطابقه مع ان مافي موظفه
معقوله مايقدرون يجيبون اي موظفه وحده عشان العملاء! لهدرجه الوضع!
Very bad service
Unfortunately, this bank has poor customer service
I came with the latest identity and they asked for a match even though there is no employee
It is reasonable that they cannot answer any employee alone because of the customers! to grading the situation!

The correct name is Al Jazeera Cafe, it smells of smoke, the place is quiet and there is only one employee
