★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنك سئ جدا و خدماتهم الالكترونية بدائية و لا ترقى بسمعة البنك و جهاز الخدمة الذاتية وجوده كعدمه (اغلب الاوقات معطل)
Very bad bank and their electronic services are rudimentary and do not live up to the reputation of the bank and the self-service device is non-existent (most of the time it is broken)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البنك ممتاز ولاكن بحاجة لرقابه وتغير الموظفين لهذا الفرع خدمة سيئة للأسف الشديد من قبل الموظف ولا يوجد خصوصية بتدخل الموظف الاخر ويعرض عليك تمويل وغيره ولا يهتم بحاجة العميل للخدمه القادم لها في الاخر اخذ رقم الجوال ولم يتم التواصل لخدمات الحساب البنكي.
The bank is excellent, but I need to monitor and change employees. This branch has a bad service, unfortunately, by the employee. There is no privacy in the intervention of the other employee and offers you financing and others. He does not care about the customer’s need for the next service. In the end, he took the mobile number and did not contact the bank account services.

اذا المدير بنفسه يصرفك وش ترتجي من الموظفين اللي عنده، يقولي افتح لك حساب تجاري كحد اقصى ٣ ايام عمل، ومر اسبوع وللان مافتح الحساب، مدري هو صدق مدير فرع ولا سكرتير للبنك..!؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين متعاونين جداً حتى حارس الأمن كلهم مايقصرون خصوصاً المشرف جزاهم الله خير ، يخدمون النساء والرجال ، لا يوجد قسم نساء لكن الرجال يخدمون النساء . اتمنى زيادة عدد الصرافات في ينبع ، فيه جهاز خدمة ذاتية .
The staff are very cooperative, even the security guard, they are all short, especially the supervisor, may God reward them, they serve women and men, there is no women's section, but men serve women. I hope to increase the number of ATMs in Yanbu, which has a self-service machine.

قبل ٤ سنين جلست اروح لفروعهم واحد واحد والمشكلة المتكرره "السستم عطلان"
جا كورونا وسبحان الله السستم اشتغل كويس مع العالم ولا عمره تعطل، الان رجعوا كثير من المعاملات لموظفي البنوك، وحنرجع لنفس الموال
مافيه رد من الادارة، السستم عطلان، كل خطوة تاخذ سنه
اسبوع كامل لفتح حساب وباقي ننتظر

There is no response from the administration, the system is down, every step takes a year
A whole week to open an account and the rest we are waiting for
