★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء بنك من حيث الوقت ' قد تستغرق خدمة العميل اكثر من ساعه وهو امام الموظف والمفروض كل عميل خدمته لا تستغرق اكثر من ربع ساعه اسوة بالبنوك الاخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع هذا سيء جدًا؛ كثيرًا ما أجد جهاز الإيداع الوحيد عطلان، وأضطر بعدها إلى الذهاب إلى فرع البلد والذي يتوفر به أكثر من خمس أجهزة مخصصة للإيداع على الأقل بنبغي للبنك أن يوازن العدد ويجعلها متكافئة لكلا الفرعين!وتلافي المشقة للعميل ذهابًا وإيابًا بين الفرعين!!
This branch is very bad; Often I find that the only deposit machine is broken, and then I have to go to the country branch, which has more than five machines designated for depositing at least. The bank should balance the number and make it equal for both branches! And to avoid hardship for the customer back and forth between the two branches!!

مع العلم إن المدير محترم وقمة في الاخلاق. لكن الاجهزة تعبانة وبشكل مستمر
Whoever fails, no withdrawal or deposit, advice not to come to this branch.
Knowing that the manager is respectful and top in morals. But the devices are constantly tired
