★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع سيئ جداً جداً ، تعامل الموظفين اسوأ بعد ، لا يوجد مهنيّة في العمل والواحد تقلنك جاي تشحذه عشان تفتح حساب ، الً الآن ما استوعبوا انك جاي تحط فلوسك عندهم !!!!
 A very, very bad branch, the employees are treated worse yet, there is no professionalism at work and one of the people is trying to pick you up in order to open an account. Now, they did not realize that you are going to put your money at them !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع جيد والموظفين تعاملهم جيد واذا حجزت موعد من التطبيق أو الموقع تتجنب الإنتظار وتخلص معاملتك بموعدها.
The branch is good and the staff treat them well and if you book an appointment from the application or website you avoid waiting and your transaction is concluded on time.

Clients and ranchers raise their voices to you in front of people and put me in an embarrassing position I recommend dealing with another branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قمت بحجز موعد عن طريق النت إلا أن الموظف تعامل معي بطريقة وقحة وفجة للغاية، عند دخولي مباشرة وبمجرد إدخال كود حجز النت ظهر رقمي عند الموظف مباشرة، فظهر عليه الامتعاض و تفاجأت بطلبه أن أتريث و أدخل شخصا آخر!!!!!
اعتقدت أن العميل الآخر قضيته مستعجلة لكن لم يكن كذلك عندما انتظرت كثيرا أخبرته أنه ما فائدة حجز النت إن كان علي الانتظار فأخذ يسألني عن الغرض الذي جئت من أجله وكم راتبي، إلخ......
ومن ثم تكرموا علي بأن أعطوني دورا عند موظف آخر.
وبالمناسبة لم أستفد شيئا من الزيارة فالخدمة التي أريدها لا يقدمها البنك ولكن انطباعي أن موظفي الفرع قد (أقول قد وأشك في ذلك) يمكنهم إدارة حلقة الخضار والفواكه حيث الفوضى والصياح والعشوائية، أما أن يديروا بنكا!!!!!فياللعجب!!!!
I booked an appointment through the internet, but the employee dealt with me in a very rude and rude way, when I entered directly, and as soon as I entered the internet reservation code, the number appeared directly at the employee, so he was upset and surprised by his request to wait and enter another person !!!!!
I thought that the other customer had an urgent case, but it was not so when I waited a lot. I told him that it was not useful to book the internet if I had to wait, so he asked me about the purpose for which I came and how much my salary, etc. ......
Then please kindly give me a role with another employee.
By the way, I did not benefit from the visit. The service that I want is not provided by the bank, but my impression is that the branch employees have (I say, I have doubt about that), they can manage the vegetables and fruits circle where chaos, shouting and randomness are, but they manage a bank !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت الفرع ظهر اليوم.. موقع متميّز زاوية على طريقين..ومواقف متوفرة ومظلّلة..
وداخل البنك التكييف متميز..
اشكر رجل الأمن على حرصة على تطبيق الإجراءات الإحترازية بالرغم من عناد البعض..

حُسن الإستقبال وجمال الأخلاق ودقّة العمل وسرعته.. شكرا لإدارة البنك لإستقطاب مثل هالشباب المتميّزين.
I visited the branch this afternoon..a prime location, a corner on two roads..and available shaded parking..
And inside the bank, the air conditioning is distinguished.
I thank the security man for his keenness to implement the precautionary measures, despite the stubbornness of some.

Good reception, beauty of morals, accuracy and speed of work... Thank you to the bank's management for attracting such distinguished young people.
