اولاً : حتى نجمة كثيرة مرة على هالفرع بس لازم اقيمه نجمه عشان اقدر اعلّق … ثانياً : سمعت عن معاملة البنوك و شفت نماذج كثيرة سيئة لأكثر من فرع عندنا و جربت اتعامل مع اشهر البنوك و لكن مثل سوء هذا الفرع انا ماشفت نهائياً .. هو استهتار ، ولا مماطلة بالمعاملة ، ولا موظفين بطيئين بالإنجاز … رحت لهم قبل اسبوع من الآن بفتح حساب تجاري و غلطتي اني جيت لهذا الفرع اول يوم انتظرت نصف ساعة قال الموظف موقع مؤسسة النقد معلّق معنا ارجعي بكرا .. ثاني يوم جيت و فتحت الحساب عند نفس الموظف اللي صرّفني اليوم اللي قبله ? الساعة كانت 3 عصراً كمّل اجراءات الحساب و فتح الحساب و اذن العصر وقف الموظف وانا قاعده اوقع الاوراق قال لي وقعيها وخليها على الطاوله و اطلعي وبكرا تجين تطلعين البطاقة .. طبعاً استغربت من هالاجراء واستغربت اكثر من انه وقف وانا باقي اوقع الاوراق والان الساعة 3:30 العصر واللي اعرفه ان البنوك بالسعودية تقفل 5 كـ حد اقصى .. والمدير كان موجود ويشوف تصرفات الموظفين !!!! طبعاً بعد ماوقعت طلعت من الباب الخلفي للبنك !!! وهذا استغراب آخر ايضاً !! رجعت للفرع يوم الاحد الماضي وقال لي نفس الموظف بالحرف الواحد ( آلة طباعة البطاقات خربانه ) روحي فرع ثاني .. ? بعد هالمواقف كلها قررت ارفع شكوى بالفرع .. والشكوى جارية حالياً .. و اخيراً نصيحة / انجزوا معاملاتكم بفرع آخر لأن هالفرع غير صالح للزيارة ..

Second: I heard about the treatment of banks, and I saw many bad examples of more than one branch we have, and I tried to deal with the most famous banks, but as bad as this branch was, I did not see it at all.. It is recklessness, no procrastination in dealing, and employees who are slow to complete... I went to them a week ago to open a commercial account and it was my fault that I came to this branch The first day, I waited for half an hour. The employee said the SAMA website is hanging with us, come back tomorrow. The second day I came and opened the account with the same employee who dismissed me the day before ? The time was 3 in the afternoon He completed the account procedures and opened the account and the afternoon permission. The employee stopped while I was signing the papers. He told me to sign them and put them on the table and go and see the card. Banks in Saudi Arabia are closed to a maximum of 5.. and the manager was present and watching the actions of the employees!!!! Of course, after I signed, I came out the back door of the bank!!! This is another surprise too!! I went back to the branch last Sunday and the same employee told me in one letter (the card printing machine ruined it) I went to a second branch.. ? After all these situations, I decided to file a complaint with the branch.. and the complaint is currently ongoing.. And finally, a piece of advice, complete your transactions in another branch, because this branch is not valid for a visit.

للامانه الموضفين ما رفعو صوتهم علي لكن مافي نظام تدخل تاخذ رقم ويجي واحد بعدك ياخذ رقم يمشي وانت باقي تنتظر لان ما يزهمو على الارقام طيب ابا اعرف حاجه وحده ليه حاطين ارقام وانتم مو ملتزمين بها بصراحه اسوء فرع زرته كنك داخل محل تميس

ليش جميع فروع بنك الرياض لايوجد فيها خدمه ذاتيه بينما بنك الراجحي كل بنك فيه خدمه ذاتيه الصرافه منتهيه وكلما جيت فرع مافيه خدمه او عطلانه بنك فاشل

انا ما اقيّم البنك ولو كنت بقيمه بعطيه اقل من نجمة .. أنا فقط اقيم موظف في هذا الفرع حل مشكلة بحسابي عجزوا مدراء الفروع ومساعدينهم يحلونها لدرجة انه اخر مره رحت لمساعد مدير الفرع بالسويدي الي اصدرت منه البطاقة وعلمته المشكلة وقعدت اراجع عندهم شهرين اجيهم بشكل شبه يومي قال لي في الاخير ما اقدر افيدك .. جيت لهذا الفرع والصدق اكثر من موظف عجز يحل المشكلة واخرتها يقول سويت الي اقدر عليه حتى مديرهم بكبره جرب مره ولا عرف، وبالصدفة كان هذا الموظف (فيصل البسام) مار عند زميلة وشاف المشكلة وقال ما عليك عندي وطلع رجال عند كلمته وفعلاً حلها شكراً فيصل البسام .. تفاني هذا الشخص في عمله واحترامه للعميل وتقديره شيء كبير ويوقف معاك قسم بالله انه موظف نادر ما حصلت مثله في بنك الرياض ولا البنوك الثانية تعجز الكلمات عن وصفه، شكراً مره ثانية فيصل البسام ❤️
I do not rate the bank, even if I give it less than a star.. I only rate an employee in this branch. He solved a problem with my account. The branch managers and their assistants were unable to solve it to the extent that the last time I went to the assistant manager of the branch in Sweden, who issued the card from him, I informed him of the problem and I went back to them for two months. I almost came to them Yomi told me in the end, I can't help you.. I came to this branch and the honesty is more than one incapacitated employee who solves the problem and the last one says I have done it. Even their manager is big. He tried once and did not know, and by chance this employee (Faisal Al-Bassam) was passing by a colleague and saw the problem and said, What do you have to do? I have men and came to his word and really solved it. Thank you, Faisal Al-Bassam.. This person’s dedication to his work, his respect for the customer and his appreciation is a great thing. He stands with you, I swear to God, he is a rare employee like him in Riyad Bank and no other banks can’t describe him, thanks again Faisal Al-Bassam ❤️

If you are opening bank account here ...... do not come here in this branch..... employees are very slow and always seen texting ....... customer is sitting in front of you ........ if you can not speak arabic please dont come ........ but i will recomend this bank for its services but not this branch..... worst system No number display You dont know when to go ..... they give token but worst experiance
