★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربت الباديكير والمانيكير عندهم صراحة حبيت كيف انهم يرسلونلك رسالة قبل الموعد ويدقون عليك الخدمة كانت زينة شغلهم نظيف بس انتِ قوليلهم ايش تبين هم مايسألون يعني انا قلتلهم من البداية شكل الاظافر اللي ابيه وماسألوني اذا ابي اشرب شي انا قلتلهم وحلو ان المكان هادي والعاملات هادين بس حسيت سعر الأغراض مرتفع شوي ف اذا عندك اغراضك جيبيها أفضل
I tried pedicures and manicures with them, frankly, I liked how they send you a message before the appointment and call you the service. The decorations of their work were clean, but you told them what they were asking, I mean, I told them from the beginning what the nails look like, and they asked me if I wanted to drink something. The price of things is a little high, so if you have your things, you should bring them better

Excellent service, I came without an appointment and entered and along the service started. The salon is very clean, the tools are clean, and the salon is very tidy and they pay attention to the smallest details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly my worst experience at a salon in Jeddah. My appointment started 20 minutes late (the salon is empty and understaffed). The nail tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted for my pedicure or manicure before filing my nails down. I asked for ballerina/ coffin shape and the nail tech didn’t know what shape I was talking about… I proceeded to show her a picture and she still didn’t know… so I decided to settle for square. The nails came out crocked and I had to file one of my own nails down to show her the shape that I was talking about. After complaining to the receptionist about the service and showing her my nails she said they looked fine to her but I could wait if I wanted them fixed(my hour for the mani/pedi wasn’t over). The prices on the instagram page aren’t up to date and don’t match what you pay in person. The bag for the nail kit’s zipper doesn’t work(considering I paid 70 SR) for it. Overall I was very disappointed and had higher expectations.
