★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gyms in Jeddah
It has a very friendly staff and excellent trainers. Their classes are great for beginners and professionals alike. Not that many machines, but they are not really needed. The amenities are top-notch with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. Best of all, the gym is clean at all times. I highly recommend Arena for people looking for a high-end experience. The subscription is quite pricy but I think it is worth it.
I haven’t been going due to the pandemic, but will definitely renew my subscription once this whole thing blows over. 10/10

Crossfit, bodybuilding, boxing, power building, etc… just missing a swimming pool (that’s why i gave it a 4)
Another downside is that it gets very crowded after 6PM, given that they have only 1 branch.
Overall I like the equipments there. Staff and coaches are amazing

Muay thai and boxing is a waste of time and money
No swimming pool
No cold jakowzi
Body building gym is small and no special coach for that.
The music is very loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is an average in general the thing is the gym is not ready for all kinds sports , plus the gym they promises you things and then they change their rules although when I register they said it’s ok for me to train without a t-shirt for all branches now they said it’s allowed in one and not in other , the gym it’s all about if you have a higher position in working they will do anything you say other than this honestly I have to all branches the branch in Jeddah is much way better and the management there they are amazing , however I asked them to provide equipments for my sport they did only in one branch , the branch in boulevard it’s only for connection. The head manager he is polite for both branches. Well if you want a gym with a connection only it is the gym to make connection but for really sport I guess needs more to work on this. And I remember someone pictured me without any Reason in a rude way I made a complaint none of them did a thing while someone just made a complaint of me working out shirtless they came immediately and talked to me and said it’s not allowed although when I registered they told me it is allowed, plus if anyone wants try out the gym he should try a class or stay for 1 hour ,they would really show you the best of them at the beginning once you paid they don’t care unless you have a strong connection with them , at the end I won’t renew or register again.the best branch by all mean
