★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياريت ينظمون الدخول الى الروضه الشريفة في ظل الجائحة بشكل يسير خاصة الزوار من البلدان البعيدة وفقكم لخدمته ومرضاته
I hope they organize the entry to the honorable kindergarten in light of the pandemic in an easy way, especially for visitors from distant countries, according to you for his service and his satisfaction

جزاكم الله كل خير على ما تقومون به من اعمال جليلة لخدمة الحرمين الشريفين. ولكن ارجو اعادة النظر في موضوع الكراسي التي وفرتها الرئاسة او من المتبرعين جزاهم الله خير . هذه الكراسي غير مريحة وغير صحية لكبار السن او العجزة او اصحاب الاوزان الزائدة فاصبحت تستخدم كمساند و تكايات يستخدمها بعض المصلين هداهم الله و لا يمكن الجلوس عليها لاكثر من عشرة دقائق.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التنظيم للدخول للروضه الشريفه سيء جدا من قبل المشرفات، ومع إعلان وكالة الرئاسة العامه لشؤون المسجد الشريف بإلازم وجود تصريح لدخوله تم الحصول على التصريح ولكن عند التواجد في البوابه ٢٤ و ٢٥ تواصلت مع المشرفه بخصوص الدخول وقالت "من سبق لحق"؟؟!! تم التواصل مع الرقم الموحد ١٩٦٦ للوكالة لرفع الشكوى وقال لي أن الجاليه من خارج المملكه لا يملكون جوالات للتصاريح وزاد من التكدس، وأنا لي أكثر من ١٠ سنين لم أزر المدينه الشريفه وتعنيت في الحجز بين الطيران والفندق. الرجاء من حضرتكم النظر في الموضوع خصوصا أمر التنظيم وبالنسبه للجاليه الخارجيه يمكن إصدار تصاريح ورقيه لهم واعتماد النظام في الدخول وذلك لترتقي بلدي في خدمة الزوار من داخل المملكه وخارجها وشكرا
