STAFF IS ANNOYING AND HAS A VERY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR WITH HAJIS. ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED LIKE DRINKING WATER WIFI RESTAURANT ETC. POOR LIFTS AND BELOW EVERAGE ROOMS. DONT RECOMMEND AND DONT WISH TO STAY HERE EVER AGAIN.

y	yasir saleem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a good hotel staff is cooperative, a bit old construction but better than Rushd Al Majd, hot water available 24/7, they know what pilgrims need,non perfumed soap and shampoo they provide but no towel, beds and blankets are clean and in good condition, only two lifts, restaurant at first floor is always closed, cooperative staff, my connecting Emirates flight missed my luggage,i talked to hotel staff and they offered me free only drop to Jeddah airport but finally Emirates deliverred it at hotel, overall good experience, lot of Pakistani and Bengalis restaurants in this street,I advise to go to Pakistani staff as they are very much cooperative and helpful

On 5th March my sister was in the room remaining 4 members were shifting luggage to bus 3 times 2 indian boys came to room and asked sister to leave the room as booking time is over. We hv booking till 6th march 2019. I recommend all pilgrim to plz do not stay in this hotel.

When the shower handle is rotated the shower pour water plus the other tap connected with shower as well start flowing with water so much waste. The tv show only two channel. Plus they even discharge the customer way early from they departure from there rooms too hectic
