★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very unhelpful, rooms are not properly managed/cleaned. Mostly over crowded. Quite close to Haram Al-Makki. Affordable for pilgrims from sub continent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is about 10-12mins walk away from Masjid Al Haram. Rooms are not Okay. AC, TV, refrigerator available in rooms but full of insects and cockroaches. No WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hotel to meet my relatives. For those who are looking for Low-cost Hotel to stay in the nearest proximity of Haram (Kabah) , they must consider this hotel. I was amazed that it's nearly 600 meters away from Haram. It is situated near to JABEL OMER , Behind Clock Tower Hotel. Hotel rooms are clean and maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Bangali management will never listen to any request except for bangalis. Cooking during hajj is prohibited in hotels however bengalis were allowed to cook. No soap towels or any other accessory was provided and rooms were never cleaned not even once. Every room was infested with small cockroaches. Worst staff ever worst hotel ever. Highly NOT recommended for other nationals except bengalis. I wish there was an option for negative stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lethargic hotel and it's management . Whole night there was not light on floor and management had no pain that guests are not in position to sleep....
Even cleaning is only weekly basis.
No tv working in room.
Plows are yellowish with lot of Hermes and a.c. noise whole night.
Wash room sizes are very small.
This is not recommended to live...
Distance from Haram is 1100mtr but they claim for 550mtr which is wrong....actual is 1100mtr ..they claim it in kabooter chowk but it's 500mtr away from kabooter chowk inside narrow streets.
Be aware plz..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for Umra from 3rdof june 2019 to 13th june 2019. Really non cooprative staff , cockroaches were everywhere in the rooms and bathroom was too dirty and clumsy. Staff was illiterate even a single member was unable to speak English or anyother foreign Language to accomodate or facilitate the customers . AC of the rooms were not working properly. Management attitude was pathetic more over it was far away from Haram. Really dont want to recommend any body to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good but it can be better.
Hotel service includes room service only and they also provided us with a bag full of soaps, tooth brushes, toothpaste etc.
The hotel also have parking area but don't know if it is for the people staying or not.
WiFi is available only in the hotel lounge.
It took us 10-15 mint to reach Haram Shareef.
Restaurants are also nearby and also barber shops and other shops as well.

I recommended it for you to book the Hotel & enjoy the services ..... !!!
It's much affordable price aswell.
Book in advance and also you can pay on arrival, cash and visa both accepted ..... !!!
