Room service is medium quality.service boy's are mostly Indonesian,they don't understand any language except Indonesian language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is at walkable distance from Harum-shareef. It has big lobby and a mosque at first floor. Rooms are small and congested. Wash rooms are just poor in hygiene and congested too. Water and lift are functional all time. Food is not great. Management is not concerned much about anything except allocating room. Over all hotel hygiene is poor. Wheelchair is available on demand if you are lucky. Wifi is connected only at lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent room but a bit small. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is good for resting. Nothing too fancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost 750 meter from Haram, but the area it is located is nasty, often sewerage line overflows. The rooms are not well maintained especially bathroom, locks not working properly. It's hard to find any room service.
