Used to be an all time favorite.
So delicious ... so crispy...
However, lately it has gone down the drain. With inflated prices and cold food its sad to say that i can no longer eat here.
The food is cold, NOT crispy, and the staff are not customer friendly.
They only reason why i gave it two stars instead of one is because of the nostalgia and the good old memories i have for this place.
Really hope managment would pay attention and get this resturaunt back on track !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited once and the tables aren’t clean for months and you can see stains, washroom got broken soap container and no tissues available to wipe after washing your hands. Food was good but if the restaurant is dirty who would like to eat in there?

Good offers on family meals
Biscuits are a specialty
Prices are a little higher than KFC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. Chicken looks like re-heated only; chicken shrink to small size. Good thing muffins are still delicious. No airconditioning so place is very hot and humid; place needs to have renovation unless it does not mind being overtaken by nearby fastfood stores. This is the second texas chicken branch that the food and the place does not come up to par in quality and service with other stores in the same category.
