Rice served is not pre soaked, partially raw. No saudi ketchup with rice, even water is not served.

We ordered several orders, such as meat kabsa, chicken kabsa, qursan, and jereesh, all of them taste good and have a special flavor, noting the increase in salt in the meat kabsa. Well cleaned and organized restaurant, products packaged properly and safe, helpful staff
