الموقع جدا ممتاز على شارع ساري.
عندهم فني لأخذ مقاس ضعف العين.
شوية اسعارهم غالية، مقارنة باسعار المدينة المنورة.

المفروض يعطوا خبر بالمدة المستغرقة فعليا في انجاز الطلب حتى العميل يحسب حساباته
المعرض بجانبهم تماما قالوا تغيير العدسات خلال يوم
وهذا المعرض له ١٠ ايام وماخلصوا النظارات
وحجتهم التأمين وانهم عملوا طلب خاص للعدسات
اذا كانت الشفافية موجودة مع العميل كانت افضل
والان يوم الجمعة الساعة ٦ الا ربع قبل المغرب ومافي دوام من الموظفين ولا توجد لوحات ارشادية لفترة عمل المعرض

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتصل بي مسؤول الفرع ولكن لم انتبه لاتصاله، ثم تجاهلني لعدة أيام حتى اضطررت للاتصال بهم وسؤالهم عن نظارتي.
كان ينبغي عليكم إرسال رسالة نصية لاطلاعه بانتهاء نظارتي ويكون ضمن الرسالة مواعيد الفتح والاغلاق للمحل حتى أتمكن من استلام نظارتي. أنا دفعت على نظارتي أكثر من ٣٠٠ ريال وانتم لا تكلفون أنفسكم برسالة نصية تكلفتها ١٠ هللات!!
آمل أن ترتقوا بخدماتكم لا أن تتجاهلوا العميل..
