★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق جيد والموظفين ممتازين لكن المشكلة في نوافذ الفندق تشكل خطر شديد على الاطفال ارجو من ادارة الفندق توفير امان وسلامة اكثر للنزلاء واطفالهم وايضا النوافذ لا تقفل باحكم ارجو حل الموضوع بشكل عاجل لتفادي اي كارثة وتأمين الراحة والسلامة الكافية وشكرا
 The hotel is good and the staff is excellent, but the problem in the hotel windows poses a serious danger to the children. I hope the hotel management provide more safety and security for the guests and their children, and also the windows do not close tightly. I hope to solve the issue urgently to avoid any disaster and ensure adequate comfort and safety. Thank you

Amana hotel is beautiful and very clean, but it is devoid of some services and the reception staff are unhelpful, I mean, do you want to serve yourself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظيف لكن ما يصنف فندق ابد شقه وكثيره عليه ماارتحنا بنومنا ابداً ازعاج يشتغلون الصباح ما يحترمون النزلاء يعني الشغل له وقته مو الصباح والناس نايمه تطقطقون ، لكن للأمانة موظف الاستقبال جداً خلوق ومحترم وامين
ايضاً خدمتهم ممتازه جداً
It is clean, but it is never classified as a hotel, an apartment and a lot on it. We never rested. We never sleep. Noisy. They work in the morning. They do not respect the guests. I mean, the work has its time, not in the morning, and the people sleeping are cracking, but to be honest, the receptionist is very polite, respectful and honest.
Also their service is very good
