★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A football match was on, and the only person available at the outlet wouldnt acknowledge my presence as I walked in. He then proceeded to inform me "system not working" while his eyes were glued to the television.
I guess football matches are more important than customers for tawuniya representatives.
Surely going to buy my insurance elsewhere now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed with the service, I have to pay two times for the Schengen visa travel insurance for my family. They made mistakes on the insurance paper which was detected by German consulate in Jeddah and made me pay for their mistake. I will never recommend it to anyone from now on. Very Bad service.
