Their dealings with bad communication and delays in transactions, and through my experience with them, I do not recommend dealing with them

Liars who are frauds for me over two months are procrastinating, and their number is closed, and they are rebellious with them, but they have nothing but to complain to the central bank and follow them until I take my right from them, may God curse them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst insurance company ever, when we apply for a claim then we can see their real face. They closed their claim service in their website and last one year it's the same , they never fixed it. I applied through Najm, but still no response and Called several times maybe More than 15 times but no benefit. They say within 5 days, next time they will say 7 days, then 10 .... No idea when shall I get the payment. I never recommend it to anybody, my advice is never take their policy.
واحدة من أسوأ شركات التأمين على الإطلاق ، عندما نتقدم بطلب للحصول على مطالبة ، يمكننا أن نرى وجهها الحقيقي. لقد أغلقوا خدمة المطالبات الخاصة بهم في موقع الويب الخاص بهم وفي العام الماضي كانت هي نفسها ، ولم يتم إصلاحها مطلقًا. تقدمت بطلب عن طريق نجم ، ولكن لم أجد بعد واتصلت عدة مرات ربما أكثر من 15 مرة ولكن بلا فائدة. يقولون في غضون 5 أيام ، في المرة القادمة سيقولون 7 أيام ، ثم 10 .... ليس لدي فكرة متى سأحصل على الدفعة. أنا لا أوصي به أبدًا لأي شخص ، نصيحتي ألا تأخذ سياستهم أبدًا.
