★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience with ACIG turns out a nightmare, post submitting my claim for full insurance accident incident there is no way to check the status of the same online as the given webpage is not available on ACIG website. Also as per the policy I was supposed to get my car repaired from ACIG authorized service center ‘ مركز المستقبل الأول ‘ they are like aliens on earth not answering the business phone shared at the time of handing over the car and post rigorous retry attempts to reach them I got to know they have not even touched my car for damage assessment to get approval from ACIG. It has been around 15 days now with no action from ACIG or authorized service center to close this claim by repairing my car with no further intentional delay. Call center for claims option no answer completely dead silence.
Pathetic service will never recommend ACIG to anyone from now onwards.
