★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Absolutely bad service. the first thing staff want is to simply send back the customer instead of dealing and listening to him. Closed at 3pm. Never going to Salama Insurance again. Date of visit: 23 Jul 2018. 1500hrs. He told me to get print outs. However he had printer. After that the branch was closed for 20mins for no reason. Total time waste. Salama insurance need to focus on following things:
1.Well mannered and professional staff
2.Website need to be updated. Not all the branches are mentioned there. I skipped the closer location and went to far away. New in Riyadh.
3. Toll free service sucks. First 3 mins you listen arabic then you get english. Why not give option in beginning like all other companies? Even after english, you get to listen arabic.
Highly dissapointed. Not recommended at all.
Just disastrous branch and company. Do NOT visit this branch atleast

The service is too bad
I've been trying to contact them to sort out my insurance issues .. each time I call the line during the working hours is out of service and when I tried to call after working hours the line is working and informing me to call during office hours!!
I went to the office by my self at 16:00 hrs and it was closed ... I waited for one hour no one comes to open the office (eventhough the lights was on) I asked one office beside and the answer. They are always like that .. they work as they want !!
This is not acceptable.. and need to be sorted
