★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل المشرف متعالي جدا ولايتقبل التجاوب مع العملاء الموظف المصري ايضا يفتقد للإحترافية. مخالفين لإجراءات وزارة التجارة فيما يخص الاسترجاع للمبالغ المالية في حال الدفع عبر الشبكة لايعدون المبلغ للحساب المخصوم من المبلغ بحجة إن سياستهم مختلفة عن أنظمة وزارة التجارة

لم يتم استبدالها أو استرجاع المبلغ ، والتعامل لم يكن بالشكل الجيد !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البضاعة موجودة وأسعار كويسة وموظفين بأخلاق عالية ولكن ما في تركيب في نفس اليوم ولكن خلال ثلاثة ايام فقط و مواقف ما فيه وأخذت مخالفة بسبب عدم وجود مواقف

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معاهم كانت سيئة لهذه الاسباب:
١- كاتبين عندنا خصومات تصل لستين في الميه بس اغلب المنتجات المعروض عليه خصم ١٠ إلى ٢٠ في الميه فقط.
٢- التوصيل و التركيب على الزبون مو على المحل.
٣- اسعار التركيب مبالغ فيها انا اشتريت مكيف شباك كان عليه خصم ٢٠ في الميه ولما جاه حقون التركيب قالو نشيل المكيف القديم ب ٥٠ و نركب الجديد ٥٠ . اذا غالي دور بره ممكن تحصل أرخص.
شكلهم ما سمعو عن شي اسمه خدمات ما بعد البيع.
راح احط لكم اسعار التركيب في الصور يمكن اسعارهم تناسب البعض.
My experience with them was bad for these reasons:
1- Writers We have discounts of up to sixty in water, but most of the products offered are discounts from 10 to 20 per water only.
2- Delivery and installation to the customer, not to the store.
3- The installation prices are exaggerated. I bought a window air conditioner that had to be deducted from 20 per water. If it is expensive, it can get cheaper.
They look what they've heard about something called after-sales service.
I will give you the prices of installation in the pictures. Their prices can suit some.

تمكين واحد من اكتر المحلات المفضلة عندي للاجهزة. عندهم تشكيلة ممتازة وعروضهم جبارة طول السنه. رحت هادا الفرع في الشوقية، مكة اقارن بين الاسعار واشوف افضل العروض، وطبعًا اخدت افضل سعر في السوق. شكر عظيم للموظف فراس صيرفي كان متقن جدًا لعمله.. ساعدني كتير في اختيار الاجهزة واقرر ايش الافضل.

Tamkeen is one of my favorite hardware stores. They have an excellent assortment and great offers throughout the year. I went to this branch in Al Shawqiah, Mecca, to compare prices and see the best offers, and of course I got the best price in the market. A great thank you to the employee Firas Serafi who was very good at his work.. He helped me a lot in choosing the equipment and deciding what is the best.
