★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم غسالة قبل سنه والان تعطلت وضمانها سنتين وجاء الفني بعد رفع طلب صيانه وقال ١٥ يوم توصل القطعه والان لها اكثر من ٢٠ يوم ماصار اي شي وانا متعطل
لا يستطيعون توفير قطع الغيار ولا يوفرون بديل اثناء الانتظار الطويل
لماذا لايتم استبدالها بغساله اخرى ؟
لماذا يتحمل العميل الاخطاء المصنعية بتأخيره لما يقارب شهر ؟
كانت للاسف تجربة سيئة معهم ولن تتكرر
وخدمة العملاء غير مرضيه للغاية
I bought a washing machine from them a year ago, and now it broke down and has a two-year warranty, and the technician came after submitting a maintenance request and said 15 days to deliver the piece and now it has more than 20 days, nothing happened and I am unemployed
They cannot provide spare parts and do not provide a replacement during the long wait
Why not replace it with another washing machine?
Why does the customer bear manufacturing errors by delaying it for nearly a month?
Unfortunately it was a bad experience with them and will not be repeated
And customer service is very unsatisfactory
