★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived at Talal Compund for 2 years, it was an amzing experience overall. Good facilities and service. The management team is very responsive and cooperative. Nice environment. The best part is the pool area which is nice, accessible and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ has very good and quit location in Rayan Area with very good surrounding shopping markets. Has Spacious units, friendly & helpful staff and always there for any needs. they also fairly treat the tenancy contract and payments. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Well sized bedrooms and good house layout.
24 hours maintenance and a big swimming pool.
Highly recommended for people looking for a reasonably priced accommodation near exit 13.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted them via WhatsApp, the person who was chatting with me was Unprofessional, as if I was begging him to contact me back when they have availability. Usually if don’t have the availability we take the details of the guest, when then we call them back as soon as we have something for them.
It’s advise so you might assign someone else who will be good image of your company and nice to your client.
