و موظف الاستقبال السوداني(بهاء) سيئ جدا كان في شكوى على الحمام أعزكم الله خمسة ايام و كل يوم يقول اليوم بعد مشكلة تم الاصلاح حتى رفض اعطائي رقم الادارة للشكوى ارجو من الادارة وضع رقم للشكاوي غير رقم بهاء السوداني بصراحة محمد المصري كان تعامله احسن
Too bad I never recommend it in terms of handling and hygiene
And the Sudanese receptionist (Bahaa) was very bad. He was in a complaint about the bathroom, may God bless you five days, and every day he says today, after a problem, the repair was done until he refused to give me the department number for the complaint.

السعر مقابل النظافه مرتفع لو هو حول ال 100 ريال مناسب
Very bad, I would never recommend it, but due to its proximity to King Faisal Specialist Hospital, I rented a room and a hall for 180.
The price for the cleanliness is high, if it is around 100 riyals, it is suitable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت تقريبا ثلاثه أيام بشكل عام لا بأس بها يعني إذا تبغى تقضي أشغال لك في وسط الرياض فممتازه لكن فيه عامل اسمه حبيب حاول ينصب عليه قال أجار ب١٧٠ ورحت وجيت لقيت مصري قال ب١٥٠ فإنتبهوا للنقطه ذي ، ياخذ عليك تأمين ١٠٠ ريال بس ويرجعلك اذا طلعت ، يوجد بجوارها محطة بنزين وصرافه ومحل تأجير سيارات ومغسلة ملابس قريبه ومحلات أخرى كثيره .

I mean, if you want to spend work for you in the middle of Riyadh, then it is excellent, but there is a worker named Habib who tried to focus on him. Next to it there is a gas station, an ATM, a car rental shop, a nearby laundry, and many other shops.
