โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service the workers seem to feel that they are entitled to whatever they want. Only the manager was a reasonable man. Branch was messy disorganized workers had an attitude. Just an overall unpleasant experience.
I do not recommend this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Guys what kind of service You'er doing. You know why always very less customer there, because for 1 customer take time 30mints. People are waiting for sending money minimum 2 to 3hours. If you go any other services it will take maximum 30 to 40 minit where lot of customers in Q. But here may be 10customer only but very very slow. Please think people they spent one day for 5mint work. You should change the system and make employee who are very active and fast. Here working employees don't know do the work always asking to other person help. There is one staff I. The left corner tally take time for 30mint for one transaction. Guys think we are coming to you for service don't think we are uneducated yes customers are get experience like this. This is my opinion only please you should change the system and care your customers because how time 2.20pm but i come here 12.15pm still I have wait more than 45 mints ware I was busy with my work day.

I went exchange riyals to dollars
They told me if you have current account with us make deposits first then come back to us to withdraw the money then will exchange and give you dollars after i did that i gave him my Iqamah , employee asked me to sign then told me it doesn't match your signature !!!
I get bored and i went to Batha with a better rate also

โ โ โ โ โ Worst staffs I ever seen, here waiting lots of customers but here some staffs using mobile, especially teller 5.. All the customers get irritated.. We are waiting more than 3 hrs to send money
