โ โ โ โ โ Why do you keep fake timings when you close your office earlier than actual timings???
And why your security guy Allow only Arabic speaking persons (by taking some bribes??) inside even if they come after closing the gate??
Even manager doesn't have answer to my question...!!???
Counters part is fine & but not sufficient for crowd...
And RUDE SECURITY guy....
& There is no English Known help desk person / teller....
Pls Do follow timings or else change it & Better avoid partiality...

Brand manager is useless . . security is a waste of money keeping him . . better close this branch . . work ethics is zero . . dead end of you try to come here . . better no try. . never come to this garbage . ?? putting one star and more is a crime for this . . better the google put a review for negative 1 million stars to rate them.

โ โ โ โ โ The guard and some staffs are having rude behavoir they refuse me to go out because they will close Im asking humbly for the last transaction but they refuse me
Good thing is there is one Filipino staff I forget his name and Mr.Fahad the branch manager I think they are very kind nad help me to send money eventhough they are out of time they me a chance to send. I hope all of staff is same like them Thank you so much highly appreciate your help ?

โ โ โ โ โ This branch is so poor in service. Specially the one who ride in wheel chair he is so rude. One time we send money to philippines and he is the one who assist us. After we received the papers its all wrong spelling with the beneficiaries and then we bring it to him and his angry to us and he said if not go out he will call police. Is that proper attitude.! I was so disappoint with the service they provide. They should not act as like that. We are their clients.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been told 3:00pm to wait until the Salah finish, as Salah was starting from 3:15..i eventually waited outside into a hot temperature until the Salah finished, after finishing Salah and waited there for 45 mins they open the store and said rudely go out we are not serving customer service today.
Too bad attitude for security and one of the Staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience when I tried to refund a transfer. I transferred the money through Enjaz app on my phone using my visa card . When I started doing my refund the transfer They told me to submit the request through website and after a week nothing happens and it was required to go physically following with the branch for 3 days in series and canโt receive the money yet. Bad branch management. I canโt recommend.
