للاسف ما تعرف كم باقي للزبون وكم لها خاصة اذا الموضوع في فرق ريالات.
جدا سيئة الموظفة، وعرضنا الحلول لها لكنها مصممة على رأيها.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوء فروع سيفورا ، الموظفة منعتني من تجربة العطور بنفسي وقالت : ممنوع شم العطور إلا في حضور موظفة وهي من تقوم باعطائك لمحة. لم يسبق لي ان قيل لي هذا الكلام حتى في سيفورا باريس و اوروبا بشكل عام. يبدو بأن الموظفات في هذا الفرع لا يسمحنّ لأي شخص بالتجول بحرية ولابد من وجود موظفة ترافقه اينما ذهب.آخر مرة في حياتي ادخل لهذا الفرع لأني شعرت بان الموظفة شبه طردتني من المعرض.
One of the worst Sephora branches, the employee prevented me from trying the perfume myself and said: It is forbidden to smell perfume except in the presence of an employee and she is the one who gives you a glimpse. I have never been told this thing before, even in Sephora, Paris and Europe in general. It seems that the female employees in this branch do not allow anyone to roam freely and there must be an employee accompanying him wherever he goes. The last time in my life I entered this branch because I felt that the employee almost kicked me out of the exhibition.

لكن رهيب وفيه كمان جل انستازيا الحواجب رهيب و في عندهم الحين اولابلكس صفر لسى بجربه يقولوا حلو للي
The thing I like the most about Sephora is the perfumes, I smell it, but what I buy from them is expensive. I buy from websites. For the best thing about Sephora, Nars Caramel concealer is awesome for dark circles. Right, it's expensive compared to nyx
But it is terrible, and there is also a wonderful Anastasia eyebrow gel, and now they have Olaplex Zero, so I will try it and they say it is good for me

Some of the female employees are very disrespectful, especially those on the cashier and the packaging who crossed people from the middle of the class on their mood, and the second one charged me without registering the points for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to start writing a review of a place that’s built on deceiving its clients?
I asked for a Laura mercier luminous foundation and hydrating primer then I was checking what they gave me.. the foundation’s tone wasn’t what I asked for and the primer wasn’t the hydrating one! Apparently the staff thought I couldn’t read English so she just stuffed whatever was available in my basket!
Where is the integrity and professionalism in such behavior?
