★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience in my whole entire life these guys will sale you after buying from them any product i brought S21 ultra and it over heat like crazy reaching 60⁰ Celsius and they won't even replace or fix my device they are horrible i was once Apple's customer and the have the perfect customer service switching to Samsung was my biggest mistake they didn't respect me as customer coming 10 times to there branch without any help switching back to Apple

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed their location with the same horrible staff ... I don't care how ur store looks ... I care about getting treated like a customer who you care about.
I have a galaxy Z fold 2 with a bubble of air in the middle of the inner screen and when I went there they said u have to remove the phone sticker to make sure that that screen is not damage while it is clearly working fine.
My QUESTION IS to samasung MOTHER COMAPNY.... REMOVING THE SCREEN STICKER FROM A FOLD PHONE WOULD GET ME OUT OF WARRANTY...How do u have ppl working for you not knowing that ???
Or maybe samsung itself wants me to be out of warranty to pay even more ???
I'll say I'm done with samsung and switch to a Chinese phone coz ultimately they will give more respect if I bought an 8000 SAR phone from them.
Sorry samsung but ur being a cheap version of apple and customers won't forgive much longer.
