I stopped eating 4 times in 30 mins because of the missing orders.
The Egyptian manager is great and so understanding. He solved the issue in a minute. The Saudi cashier and Yemeni waiter couldn’t do anything about a lost receipt even though it’s in the system.
Egyptians are the best to manage in certain places. One of them are restaurants.

The have open and closed tables with partition. Also the have seating in first floor. Its spacious and clean with hood service.
With the rice order they give rucola and onions. Also some spicy dagoos.
We went for makboos diai. The chicken very well and tender. The rice with great seasoning. Burani chicken very delicious. Fatoosh, magloba diai and Harees The food is very delicious.
I would come a gain and try other options in the menu.
