★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would like to thank the manager who provided me a discount after a misunderstanding caused by their employee. After that I was really disappointed because I was a customer for sunglass hut all over the world, I have never been as disappointed as I am now with sunglass hut. I bought a sunglass a while ago and was told that it was exchangeable after you buy it for a month time. Then when I went to return it I was surprised that there was no such offer, and was told that the employee quit and was only there for a week and didn't know the rules. So the manager offered her employee discount for that mistake and I bought a new pair of glasses. And I was told that the new pair has 1 year warranty and that they fix any problem. I had a problem with my glasses and they were bent, so I took it to them and they told me it'll only be 2 days to get it fixed. Now after 2 weeks of multiple visits and many promises that it will be fixed they told me it's unfixable. The repair guy which they told me they only had 1 for the whole city of Riyadh and many branches was just available today after promising me many times it was going to be 2 days. I will never buy any glasses from them neither will anybody I know.
