★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst costumer service I have ever received. Employees forget that costumers need guidance and support to navigate different buildings and services. The are unprofessional and rude. If you ask for direction, they act like you are bothering them. This tells a lot about the hospital work environment.. perhaps staff are not happy with their managers. Upper management there are a lot of work need to be done, so the satisfaction of your employees increase , which in turn will enhance costumers experience and satisfaction. ‘Till then I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With such a big name and reputation.. need many things to improve bit still I will recommend it better than buraidah branch.. drz behaviour more professional then buraidah.. difficult to get parking..I will suggest to go by taxi.. until u don't knw exact building no.. cz there are many clinics..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and the worst thing is that they gave me a duty manager mobile number so I contact and no one answer this phone. And when I went I saw the the duty manager playing with his friend on the work mobile number. Such a shame for a hospital that is knows as one of the best in Dubai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED! Had very bad experience! The Radiology team is very rude and unprofessional, I was late by 30 minutes due to traffic, they canceled my Appointment and gave me for next week!!!?
Overall the Olaya Dr. Sulaiman AlHabib is very unorganised!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital I have ever been to from all over the globe. Their systems are old and outdated, staff are rude and undertrained and their do toes are old fashioned and don’t even know how to submit reports to insurers!
People only come here due to the lack of other options!
