★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many hospitals over the years, and none of them even come close to how bad the treatment of the staff here (excluding the nurses and some doctors) they failed at explaining crucial points regarding my stay at the hospital. Most of the information contradicted from one staff member to another. They always communicated with me last minute leaving me in loss most of the time. They often say one thing on the phone (for example telling me to come visit the doctor on certain date and I’ll be able to sit with him and ask him questions about my surgery, but when I arrived they denied ever saying that and refused to let me see him until after I argued for an hour). Most importantly my visitors were treated disrespectfully by the security staff and they refused to perform their duties. I could write 10 more pages about how bad this hospital really is and I still wouldn’t be able to fully describe what an absolute nightmare it is to deal with them.
You’re very unwelcoming and straight out disrespectful attitude made me regret ever setting foot in your poor excuse of an establishment.
