the food so delicious and the quality is top of the top
but unfortunately the service is really bad especially lately. I’ve been ignoring this fact for the sake of the tasty food, but my last visit was the worst. I waited for my order for more than 30mins and it was not crowded at all. when the order arrived the bread was overcooked to the point when you touch it, it will break and fall. the fries were so so cold. When I complained they made me new order, but the way they responded was very unwelcoming. It felt so disrespectful.
Even though I like this restaurant a lot and I’ve recommended it to half of the people in Jeddah, I don’t think I’ll be going there again for the sake of my dignity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered B&S Sandwich. It was nice to try but the beef was too salty. The atmosphere isn’t bad as well. But the service was a little bit slow and the staff like if they are forced to work, not responsive.
